CMAT engineers offer cost effective, consistent technical support for your IT systems.
Based within the CMAT Academies our engineers have an abundance of experience in terms of IT and general school infrastructure.
The service includes regular visits to perform mandatory checks and system maintenance including virus updates, Microsoft security updates and back up checks. This helps to ensure that any potential issues are picked up quickly, before staff or pupils experience any problems.
During these visits engineers will attend to all issues that have been logged by staff either through a log book or our helpdesk. The duration and regularity of these visits can be agreed at the start of every term.
We also have a large team of engineers, all within close proximity of our academies, should urgent problems arise. We guarantee to be with you within an hour of a call being logged. Although on most occasions we will be with you much sooner.
Where necessary we will also deal with other providers including the council’s ICT Service and we can also assist with email, central hosting (inc. SIMS & Integris G2) and your internet connections.
